For all of you out there holding your breath - let it out slowly and take a deep one. January had me wondering where the bodies were buried, because certainly the job market suddenly had the feel of a ghost town. February rebounded, tentatively, like dipping a toe into cold water...and March, wow, March is like the middle sister who never gets attention - jumping up and down and madly proclaiming, "look at me!" - We're back people, so get ready. Big increase in hiring this month, we've presented more offers this week alone than we did in all of February. A good sign.
